As I indicated in my previous Wonderdraft post, I planned on continuing to make maps. And so I have. I’ve made maps for two more cities featured in my books: Waseth of Magaya and Karawu of Wolfen.
I've begun to make region maps using Wonderdraft. I started with Varpesh, which I was pleased with, and then did Shizar, which I was less pleased with. I'm excited to keep trying it out.
No art was done in June, and I only did one piece in July, so I combined July and August for this post. All the art done was for Jurak’s Day.

I wanted to get professionally done art of the Three Great Fallen Angels: Capraeaura, Alexia, and Malnoren. They are important, striking characters that have been part of the mythos for a long time so it was time for them to be professionally done by AR Sullivan (all half-bodies). I provided sketches old and new of each, and a rough shot of how I wanted them posed. Alexia’s outfit I wanted to be more yellow/robe like than the sort of ‘copy’...
